Mentorship

Attention MDHA Mentors:

It is time for the DH2 students to start their required observations with you this term.
Please note the following important information:

1. As a mentor, you are required to complete the online feedback form regarding the student’s time during the observation within 1 week of the observation.
2. As a mentor, you must sign the observation form your student brings with them to the observation. Your student is required to reflect on the observation and as proof that the student was at the observation, we require your signature on that form.
Here is the link to the online feedback form:
The link can also be accessed through the MDHA website under About MDHA > Mentorship (the link to the online feedback form is at the top of the page under the link to the program manual).
If anyone has questions/concerns about the program or their student observation or wants to provide feedback to us at any point, please contact Kathy at Katherine.yerex@umanitoba.ca or Kaleigh at Kaleigh.warden@umanitoba.ca These are the best ways to get in touch with us and for us to reply in a timely fashion.

Thank you for your continued commitment to the advancing the future of dental hygiene!

Sincerely,
MDHA SDH Mentorship Committee
